OK - so there is a single throw-away 'mention' of back-in rights in this document... and the briefest details in the marketing Presentation document...
It appears that if Merlin comes good for us and we establish a A$1 billion JORC resource - then someone? has the right to buy 51% from us at 3 times our spend... wtf??? who? why?
Makes our Angolan partners look like The Sisters of Mercy in comparison...
