it’s a growth transaction.
buying $100m worth of assets for $25m.
looks like a good deal.
but we will not know until they actually ramp up production.
if it makes more money for Fenix and extends operational mine life (which it would seem obvious that it does) then it will be a winner.
If not, then at least you will be a very happy camper as you dance on the graves of the bold who are willing to have a crack.
