I get:
Price per tonne = 8,000,000 / 6,000,000 = $1.33/Tonne
Value of 1 Bill tonnes = 1,000,000,000 * $1.33 = $1.33 Billion
Price per share = $1.33 Billion / 120,000,000 Shares = $11.11/Share

or:

(1000000000 * (8000000 / 6000000)) / 120000000 = $11.1

I'd be over the moon if i saw half that :)
