Similar to what Batboy said...if we drill our targets hit good results an shows it goes north. We'll pay double at least for the land or possibly not even get a slice in it.
They have probably drilled a few holes by now, maybe got some real good visuals on top of knowing the trend of it is north.
Get in early an secure even more land.. make this thing massive $$$.
