With the potential for a good % reduction in Capex as well, the funding requirements could be a bit lower and every little bit counts.
It was noted that pricing and quotes were done at cycle highs so it isnt crazy to expect some cooling on them. Cant imagine much time between a market announcement of finalised DFS and final commited funding arrangements.
