From my understanding the mines are giving up their waste gas for free because they need to get emissions day due to the new safeguard legislation passed last week. So the existing high reserves will get further supplemented by coal mines flaring.
This is based on the slide in the presentation and is just the revenue from the Electricity sold into TPS at peak times 5 days a week (ie doesnt include revenue from dyno nobel)
