No, QPM will not get free GAS idk what makes you think that.
I would think QPM would get charged market rate. However, QPM energy would make some money on that which gets passed back to QPM, it still wouldn't be free though there would be OPEX costs that go with it at best I guess you could think of it as break even.
What it would do is lock in a cornerstone customer which would then allow other smaller customers to join up and get access to the gas who Qpm energy could profit from.
