    It won't be free but it'll definitely be cheap what's the alternative they burn it off for free which lowers their ESG and they get penalized.

    I think we will find out arrow was running at a loss because they didn't have enough customers and it was running at 25% capacity

    With QPM as a cornerstone customer capacity goes up to like 66%
