    forgot to mention if QPM raise these funds with minimal to no dilution, which is looking more and more likely, guess what?
    these brokers and funds realise the only way their going to get shares is to buy on market, as there will be no dilutive capital raise.
    then imo we see this aggressively rerate to fair value
