so we have taken over a producing coal/gas mine with infrastructure valued over 1 billion dollars and were paying 5 million and receiving 35 million...
ofcourse there will be liability somewhere im guessing it was facing decommission if they couldnt meet environmental standards so why not team up and reduce emissions with QPM.
so really we should be at a market cap of 1-2billion now IMO once this deal goes through and the remaining capital stack is complete, $1 will be my new target
