The Mount Hope mines were in production by 1906 with the Mount Hope, Mount Hope North, Regina North and Mount Hope South mines being worked. The Duchess Company was sinking a shaft in January 1907 on its own lease adjoining Mount Hope. Mount Hope Copper Mines were floated in Melbourne in Dec 1906 raising 50,000 ponds and being oversubscribed by 15,000 pounds. Mr Pasley was appointed as Manager in January 1907. The mines closed in April 1908.

There really is very few records. Cohiba report that Koolmarra Mining mined 996,000 @2.4% Cu in the 1970s at the Mount Hope group of mines.

There are quite a few references to the Mount Hopes mines and geology in a QLD Geo Survey Report No. 215 on the Cloncurry Copper Mining District published in 1908 edited/authored by Lionel Ball. This report also mentions Lady Fanny a lot and actually says they have similar geology and makes an early attempt at explaining the geology and copper mineralisation at both places.
