The acquisition itself is a minor play. I found Shrimpton's comment, that it is "an important strategic move for Ashley, giving us exposure to the large and rapidly growing rail industry" more interesting. Hopefully, we hear more of this strategy and what potential ASH is chasing with it. An understanding of the potential synergies between the various ASH units would be also useful.
