Their intention to buy the facility has been publically stated for ages. I'd speculate the owner is a willing seller, CCO has some market power, if they dont buy it who's going to? They'd have been a hanshake on tis when theyn moved in. My hope is this is asign they are now profitable, I hope they aren't bringing in instos, big on the talk, low on commitment, just private school boys without shit on how a business runs but theyll force their opinion.
