I see the same arguments every time a junior shows up with a new project. If the majors already have everything worth looking at why bother with any junior explorer?
Ian Middlemas is very well connected and been turning up some good projects lately. Most likely the vendors thought it of more benefit to themselves to keep a large chunk of equity than to turn it over to a major for cash. They seem to have some luck in the past.
