Looks like a great acquisition! Page 3 of Annual Report says they recognised $0.853m in profit for their 25% under equity accounting, implying they're buying it on around 6x earnings ($15.5m/$2.559m for the 75% they don't own), or just 3x if they can get back to 2021 earnings (reported $1.707m for their 25%) - certainly very earnings accretive given stock trading around 7-7.5x. Also now no longer need to equity account and can control cash flows so I won't say dividends at risk - more likely this has just comfortably secured the dividend for foreseeable future.
