There is nothing of any substance in it, but it is pleasing to see that they are at least rolling the dice on something and not rehashing decade old deals that have being mismanaged into oblivion. The further dilution had to happen to kick start anything with CLE, there is no cash in the bank anymore and they need to keep paying TS his $7692 a week for nothing.
For those investors, they would do well to monitor the results that are produced and review the commitments made to the actual delivery. For the quick bucks traders, you just shout down investors who puts a critical eye on it - I am sure everyone is going to follow your recommendations of 'this one is a Disallowed' and 'it is about to take off' without any underlying business model to speak of.
On a side note, I would like some background on the seller. There is very little information out there about them.
