Very low multiple, so in theory this is a good result, with the share price getting a good bump today. This is a very small acquisition for something 'price sensitive' - doesn't seem material relative to the size of the business.

As a long-term holder, I don't like to continue to be cynical about this business, but this is yet another huge red flag sell moment. If there is one accounting trick when things are going badly its to throw in an acquisition to make further noise around reported numbers... Throw in the insider selling and resignations just prior to the downgrade, it's not a good picture.

For the sake of all holders I hope I'm wrong!
