This is the first of really aweful news for many penny cobalt/lithium stocks IMO.
I was speaking to a well known resouce analyist recently who said the hype in this sector is just that, hype.
He also mentioned 99% of these hopefuls will not be around within 1 year.
I tend to agree, there could well be a lot of capital destroyed in this area.
AS for RIR, one of the worst dilution i have seen.
