this post has little substance, which i will explain below:
1. the previous share price of 1.8 cents was unwarranted, which valued the shell at $13M. $13M is too expensive as a shell. A shell should be valued at $5M (max) because a vendor will generally receive new shares
2. shareholders are being offered 3 new shares for every 4 at 0.4 cents each, which reduces the average share price for shareholders.
3. for example, in October, the average buy price was 0.85 cents. those taking up their entitlement at 0.4 cents will have an average price of 0.65 cents
4. in November, the average buy price was 1.3 cents. those taking up their entitlement at 0.4 cents will have an average price of 0.91 cents
5. the current share price is 0.8 cents. therefore, the share price has not really fallen much at all
