Very interesting to see the accumulation by Neon and common director TK.
Neon have ~92m shares plus rights to another ~69m
TK (Blue Capital) has ~51m shares + rights to another ~38m
Neon also has 200m oppies ex at 1c coming as its underwriter fee
Plus they would presumably take up all shares not claimed in the rights offer
Not hard to see that TK and Neon will be drivers of markup phase later down the track.
However, there is an overhang of 1 billion vendor shares in the mix here. Are they escrowed?
Or would vendor have made some arrangement with Neon to control the timing of his disposals?
