Ye i also applied for SF shares but didn't get any. Pretty dirty move IMO. Most other stocks issue SF to SH that apply and then place the remainder with 708s. I guess that goes out the window when they are almost up 100% on day one.
I was also surprised not much selling early on. There was a few decent dumps later in the day though. At 0.007 I calculate the EV to be $17.1m after all the placement, RI, consideration shares and payments are settled (2.78B SOI and $2.3m cash).
