Maybe you should check what kind of transactions have been done in Zimbabwe along with Congo? The Chinese are back in Africa buying assets. Molycorp bought Freeport's copper mine in Congo and Chinese group paid 100m US for an old tin/lithium mine in Zimbabwe.
