Not a holder yet but watching closely. Only saw the Perth property announcement on company announcements last night and thought “ If I was a wealthy property investor, that’s what I would do. Buy, improve, rent and use the profits to buy more.” As a rental landlord amongst many others, that’s what we aspire to do. Glad to hear that the Perth rental market is hot. Anyone know what happened to the selling company and why the properties were in such a state of neglect and poorly managed ? It seems like I am buying pretty much at the SPP price. ? Looking at the returns to SH s over the last few years appear to be OK. Anything I’ve missed ?
