Previous owners is a division of BGC it is one of the biggest builders here in WA . They also manufacture every product to build houses from bricks to the windows. Why they got rid of them who knows maybe to busy with booming construction industry here in WA. My friend is getting a house build by them and it's about 12 months behind schedule. Anyway seems like a good opportunity .
