If this transaction is confirmed, their market share for new unit sales increased from 16.3 % during H1 25 to 20 %, so an increase of 23 % for their sales of new units.
I wonder what it means in term of total sales.
If I understand correctly their announcement, they will acquire just around half of the 17 dealership locations, mainly in Adelaide and Perth (new markets for them).
The price of acquisition looks quite low (at 7 to 9 m$), so no surprise that the company indicates that it will be earning accretive.
