Bonus's for they people who do the work, I am much happier incentivising the key personnel to stay around rather than paying them ridicolous salaries so they can walk away whenever they want to ?
I'd call $300,000-$400,000 compensation packages to the director pretty ridiculous for a 15m MC traded company (@ 1c). Maybe our definition of ridiculous is different, but was another reason after my DD that I didn't invest. Screams out 'lifestyle' company to me.
Performance rights definitely shouldn't be issued, IMO. There has been no long term shareholder value for the past 5 years, all the while absurd compensation packages being taken. I would have to go through the old acquisition announcements (the catalysts for the pump and dumps) but I dare say they also included performance rights too?
This stock has been huge value for the short term traders though.
