To the fine print guy, do you really think management put together a deal like this together without serious consideration? Did you move past the print to see the photos of management on-site? Did you read about how this deal is structured? (Little downside, they pay the big $$ when the test results confirm the metallurgy). Did you check out the cross-section images and other photos? Did you listen to the earlier twitter post with management's perspective? I suspect that the answer is no. Perhaps save your 3.1 cents worth, and buy a share.
