Oilskin, you sound as if you know a lot about REIC's, My main concern has always been how to Rehabilitate them ? as far as I can determine nobody has yet been successful in Stabilising the slop that is left after leaching; because it is the very cations that hold the clay together that we are removing as RE ions.
Your statement 'rehab should be more than doable' suggests that you know a solution ? I have recently wondered if Power Station 'Fly Ash' might not do the trick, any advice would be appreciated.
