There would be a lot of people in panic mode this afternoon after the last hour of trading, was truly incredible. The gods are looking over me as my order @ 4.7 cents got pulled by me to buy another position in another stock this afternoon. Now, do not hate on me, as will help you mange your position.

The options will start to be converted by holders (PLEASE READ ANNOUNCEMENT) and most likely will be sold into market asap. This is good as the sooner the options are washed into the system the better for everyone. Are the shares undervalued now - YES - IMO.

Shares Issued - 640,929,340
Options - 280,000,000
TOTAL - 920,929,340

2. Cash Balance on Settlement of all options: $4,260,000 approx (includes cash balance - AOT). So @ .04 X 920,929,340 = $36,837,173.60 Market Cap. (10 X Cash = 0.04625 or 4.7 cents approx) or $42,600,000 Market Cap. Undervalued - YES. But we might even get pushed back down to 3.2 cents to close the gap and give all of you an opportunity to average out on your position.

3. When people panic and traders/scalper get burnt this creates an opportunity for investors. Remember, when blood is in the water, sharks start to circle. This stock is well know for it's volatility and buyers need to watch carefully the trend and protect your positions.

4. Why would you sell options @ 2 cents with a call of 1.2 cents (DISGRACEFUL) when the conversion has you in profit without saying. Definitely traders with stops on or people getting blown up by brokers. Boy oh, Boy gentlemen. Learn to hold the line!

Anyway, if you see traders start to stack on the top when catching the stock takes place. Remove all your buy orders to let it come back for you to average out even further before results come out from the drilling and next acquisition.

Be patient and let it settle down before you make your next decision to buy or sell...

PS-1. You do have more shares on issue for future holdings, however they will go into escrow as the announcement statement for min 6 months. So, will do next calculations for you once worked out position moving forward. Cheers.
