lol. Not true at all.
VMM acquisition was 1st August. Opened at 46c. In the next month it hit 78.5c high.
With roughly 60mil fully diluted shares at the time, VMM would need to hit over $1.6 to be valued at $100m. That didn't occur until 10 November, over 3 months later. Several additional catalysts were announced in those 3 months including acquiring more land in the Alkaline Complex, and favourable met work.
$2.40 was hit on 20 November, 3.5 months later.
Not trying to make this thread about VMM but I'll also call out misinformation if I see it like in your post.
