ENVO are well in the money so I would not expect them to have much of a premium but the fact they are trading at such a steep discount is strange. With ENV at 4c the straight intrinsic value of ENVO is 2.8c yet it’s trading at 2. All I can think is that the options are fairly new on the exchange and are still finding their correct level. This anomaly should right itself eventually. In a more liquid stock people would short the stock and buy the options which would bring it back into line. As this won’t really happen here the best we can do is thank the market for the gift and buy up ENVO.
