Great deal for existing EXR shareholders...cash cost a nominal $0.5m and 20m shares (with 67% escrowed).
A Bargain and Very cheap for the $billions, prospectively available.
I know very little about the process, however, good history everywhere nearby at location.
Looks a great deal for the vendors too, whomever they maybe; as they will enjoy capital growth with our success.
I have been chatting to an Industry Exec recently who mentioned that even based on old $$ of around $4per gj sold, there's around $1 Net Profit per gj likely to come out at project end. Would be great if someone like @OilGasPlanning could assess and share info?
