@stee1979 --If the CBM updates leading up to the flow testing are underwhelming I can see the SP tanking.
I personally , would like to see the share price lower for the next 6months -- I have been trying to accumulate more EXR shares
If it goes up to a $dollar in the next month or six months even -- It will not assist me one iota -- Other then restrict my accumulation plan.
EXR to me is a Long term -- Take over Investment.
When a Farmer Grows a Pig for sale -- the price per kilo - whilst a piglet - is not his concern---- Market Day Kilo Price is what he plans for.
If EXR was 40cents a shar in two months time -- would You Sell Out ???
