I think a deeper analyses needs to be done but on the surface this is undervalued by some margin if you can compare it to Afterpay. Afterpay is valued at around the $13b and Zip at around $2b. After pay has 5m customers in USA and with this deal ZIP close to 3.5m. This is 70% of afterpay. Although there are plenty of other things to consider to establish value, but if we expand this logic and take 70% of the $13b, we come to $9b for Zip or a share price of $23. ! AIMO ofcourse.
