Having a look for the first time at the numbers. Can anyone explain the following huge discrepancy:
QuadPay 1.5 million US customers with 16% monthly CAGR - Z1P acquires for an implied Enterprise Value of $400 million = implying $266 per customer
Z1P (pre-acquisition) 2 million customers not sure of CAGR but it's lower:
Pre-acquisition EV of $3.6 x 390m shares (assume no net debt) = $1.4 bn = implying $700 per customer
Why are Z1P's customers worth so much more than QuadPay's customers, particularly given the huge monthly growth? Not even going to bother doing the math on APT - they seem to be double even Z1P
