I'm skeptical of the complex capital raising structure, and the purchase price being nearly 6x current annual revenue, combined with no mention on profitability of operating cash flows or guidance of growth (other than warm fuzzy buzzy words), and the CAGR's mentioned weren't even that great in the first place (given the extreme price to revenue paid) and, perhaps more worryingly, seem to indicate growth has stalled, but hey, the hype is there and market loves it so congrats to holders. (Hopefully it lives up to the hype, as Z1P has a patchy record around acquisitions).
The only thing this really confirms is that FXL, with nearly 1.9m customers and 60k merchants is dirt cheap.
