If it means a immediate revenue stream then ok, but seems the company has a lot of outstanding works to complete, and seems we are paying a premium price. Why is the company selling only seel part of their operation? Something wrong with it?
As for the consolidation that's ridiculous & makes our shares worthless as I feel they will drop below $1 pretty quickly.
