Looks a good acquisition.
Suspect some of the recent rights issue may have been mentally earmarked for potential acquisitions.
Only query I have is on MSV's $70m market cap compared to this $5.3m acquisition when the acquired company actually had a higher ebit than MSV in y/e 30 June 17.
