Of the $9m in revenue nearly $6m comes from IME, talk about having your snout in the trough, have held this stock for a couple of years and the level of disclosure around these arrangements is terrible. It’s the job of independent directors to make sure this is all above board. Without IME this acquisition isn’t worth the paper it’s written on
