Just look at PLS today giving out its first Dividend, i've learnt the hard way watching the success over there by selling in the teens way back and not holding long term.
Lesson learned: Back a genuine team in an area with growth and keep backing until they give you reason to get out. This is the early days in KRM and the team I believe is genuine. We are holding an exciting land package and have been given no reason at all to sell!
