Cheap entry point and then the reality - $1,000,000 pa to operate the acquisition/manage another team of people/administration and try to increase revenue and as an agent get paid a commission from Netsuite/Oracle.
I would have thought an acquisition outside the Netsuite Agency would have given the company an opportunity to develop a suite of products in its own right.
Still, once again security assured for all those on the payroll.
Will be very interested to see the next set of figures they turn out re revenue and expenditure.
Will not be pretty IMO
