Paying $300,000 for an agency business, then taking on a sales staff plus all the associated costs to earn a set commission fee from Netsuite.................for my money is a lousy call.
Crazy, all they are doing is making Netsuite richer, it will not change institutional investors attitudes toward JCurve.
Why would they want to invest in an agency business ....why would anyone want to invest in an agency business that has no control over their own pricing and profit.
What about spending $300,000 on a marketing program for RIYO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
