Having a looked through the details I can't fault it. It looks like great deal for TNY. Red Tri target market compliments Tiny Beans, meaning they'll have a market offering for parents from a childbirth right through to being a teenager.
It makes me wonder if their next move will be prebirth - a product offering to attract mothers and fathers to be?
On the financials side Red Tri looks very comparable to TNY (in terms of users and profit) yet they are happy to be acquired for less than 15% of TNYs value? Unless sky falls in on the advertising mkt this appears a huge boon for TNY..... maybe after so many years the Red Tri holders are just happy to cash in their chips (at a profit) to a company that shares a similar vision?
I think this SPP will be very well supported.
