You can't use that argument based on TNY only having their Tiny Beans app, as now TNY also has the Red Tricycle business. Giving TNY 3.3mil active users (and growing) and ~$10mil of annual revenue..... so if you set those numbers against a new mkt cap of around $90mil it makes TNY look a much stronger entity. It is all there to read on slide 20 of the investor presentation. This purchase reduces TNY's rev multiple from x18 down to x8.6 - you don't need to be Warren Buffet to know thats a big move in the right direction. I was just not sure why Red Tri are happy to sell their company this cheaply...... my conclusion is the strong synergies they see in joining forces with TNY..... win/win
