The only reason I can think of is Red Tri felt there wasn't much future growth. For a profitable business to be sold at a much lower multiple than an unprofitable business with similar metrics is bizarre. So even though I agree it is good value for TNY it reinforces my sentiment that this market isn't very profitable. It's just too hard to envisage the clear path for growth that justifies the current marketcap even after this acquisition. There's too many ifs, buts and maybes imo!
