    This is a sensible move, low capital commitment for an adjacent asset. It's good long term thinking. Coking coal assets are being snapped up by Asian buyers at every opportunity (S32/GEAR, S32/SMR, WHC selldown) because they understand the fundamentals on a 10-20 year view. These assets are dirt cheap, replacement cost is significantly more if you could even get new mines approved, and the demand profile looks great
