Last one for me Xxx12 and back to the holiday. My real fear is that we receive an acquisition offer or an opportunistic raid before ACU has recovered to a reasonable market cap.

At current profitability level the market cap is completely dislocated from fundamentals and hence it would be easy for a raider to take a stake quickly and get some leverage. This is why I believe insiders inc Les, Keith and Tim are taking up quite a few shares now (as well as they are good value). I believe management would be acutely aware that the overhang (former directors selling) needs clearing fast (and into good hands) to allow the SP to naturally rise to a level more in line with fundamentals.
