I'm genuinely amazed by the news that the takeover business is within metres of Decmil's office. Quite possibly the idea was hatched over a sandwich at the local takeaway.

"What business should we buy?"

"Look at the sign over there. SC Services. I wonder what they do. Let's buy them after we finish our sandwiches."

They definitely need to work on their announcements too. They announce the acquisition and the stock sinks. They have a strange habit of using the word "robust" all the time. I recall them saying that the village was still "robust" even though it was empty. Their announcements used to be much better.

At least they have two CEOs for the two IT businesses.
