price movements are flimsy for pump and dump definitions?
however price movements are the key indicators of a pump and dump.
I'm not fussed if you want to hold to a legal definition, in which case officially you may be right, and I am unawre of what might be the correct term for a big rise and drop in a day if not called a "pump and dump",
or perhaps it just didn't happen because it doesn't fit a legal definition.
