Great acquisition. When you consider the calibre of the team and the fact they were holding this asset for some time (they know the potential), waiting to vend into a listed company of their choice.
The cost is also negligible to the company coffers. They've opted for a small cash consideration (to cover what they've spent to date on the project) and the rest in KRM shares - which means we retain our considerable $30m cash position.
$KRM is now funded and positioned for the next Tier-1 PGE discovery.
